Title: Criminal Justice System

The prime objectives of criminal justice system can be categorised as prevention from the occurrence of crime, punishment to transgressors and criminals, rehabilitation of transgressors and criminals, compensation to victims as far as possible, maintenance of law and order in the society and deterrence of offenders from committing any crime in future. But in this crime-prone society, the situation on the ground is different altogether. Virtually, it seemed that under this corruption-plagued Criminal Justice System the victims are left with no other choice except to take the law into their own hand to do justice.
